An interactive heart guide for Edwards employees without a cardiac background.
I shaped the learning sequence and interactions, replacing dense explanations with hands-on exploration. I directed and reviewed Claude Code's AI-assisted implementation using purchased heart anatomy.
Adjustable surroundings for a Vision Pro workspace, with controls for scenes, color, music, and opacity.
I handled the Unity implementation, used AI to write C# scripts, and troubleshot the shading and visionOS integration using SDK documentation. My teammates created the visual design and models.
A private poker game for friends, with practice bots and a hand guide for learning the game.
I directed the interface, refined the card designs and guide, and used AI-assisted implementation. The playable browser prototype supports private multiplayer tables and solo practice with play chips.
Build & testing
Implementation was AI-assisted. The prototype has automated checks, but real-player usability research is still to come. Free hosting may take a moment to wake up; tables reset when the server restarts.
A pitch simulator exploring repeatable catching practice without a live pitcher.
I built pitch selection, fastball, curveball, and slider behavior, visible trajectories, and strike-zone detection in Unity and C#. The working desktop prototype lets you choose a pitch and difficulty, then watch its path toward the plate.
USC directed research; advisor is an NVIDIA Sr. Workflow Specialist
A traffic simulation exploring how coordinated autonomous vehicles could affect road flow.
I'm building an OpenUSD environment, live controls, and virtual sensors in NVIDIA Omniverse for planned experiments. The research is in progress; there are no experimental results yet.
Research context
My advisor is a USC lecturer and a Senior Workflow Specialist at NVIDIA. This is USC academic research, not NVIDIA employment or sponsorship. A dataset and paper are planned deliverables.

XR Clinical Learning
Contract work at Edwards Lifesciences
Immersive training for Edwards engineers who handle clinical conversations.
I define learning goals, shape scenarios, design interactions, and develop the prototype so engineers can practice before patient calls. Development is ongoing; public project details are not yet available.
Environments by my teammate; portal system by me.
Unity portal system
Pavilia
USC coursework
A portal you can look and walk through, connecting two student-built Unity worlds.
I built the portal camera, live destination view, shader, and player transfer in C#. The view follows the player's position; crossing the portal moves them between worlds. My teammate created the environments.
Implementation details
A second camera mirrors the player's position and renders the destination onto the portal surface. My work covered the portal system and visual integration, not the environment modeling.
A chewing-gum concept exploring differences in chemotherapy-related taste changes.
I translated published research into formulation rules and an interactive calculator, using authored patient scenarios to show how suggestions change. The result is an explorable product concept, not a clinically validated treatment.
Actual Omniverse viewport capture. Building model by the ACAD 288 class.
Python · OpenUSD navigation
IYH Digital Twin
USC coursework
Street View-style navigation through Iovine and Young Hall.
I built smooth click-to-travel, drag-to-look, and saved viewpoints in Omniverse Kit. Developed in a warehouse scene and later adapted to our class’s building twin.
Contribution and source
I wrote the navigation extensions; classmates created the building. The later IYH integration and interface were developed with Codex assistance. See the running demo and source on the project page.
A real bedroom recreated in Blender and NVIDIA Omniverse for a team project.
I co-led modeling, animation, and the skybox in Blender and Omniverse. The completed scene recreates the room, its animated details, and the city outside the window.
Contribution details
I also used Cursor to make a small material-transfer extension in about five minutes. It was a quick AI-assisted helper, not a substantial software project.
Launch communications for Jamba Singles To Go, a line of powdered drink sticks.
I managed 30+ partnership and influencer contacts, wrote the press release and company launch post, and represented Jel Sert at a California road show. Launch coverage appeared on Jel Sert's site and PR Newswire.
Laboratory research on whether blocking TET2 could help cancer cells respond to radiation.
I maintained cell cultures, evaluated small-molecule inhibition, analyzed the data, and presented the study at UIUC's cancer research symposium. This was a lab study, not a clinical treatment result.
I want to make myself useful in ways the original job description never anticipated.
At both Edwards Lifesciences and Jel Sert, my work was extended beyond the original contract. I aim to earn that trust by asking questions, taking initiative, and contributing beyond the task in front of me.
I’m optimistic about unfamiliar problems. I start with “what could this be?” and keep raising my expectations as I learn what it takes to build it.
I’m from Illinois. Four months in Lugano after high school changed my plans from premed to design and technology. Now I’m in USC’s first Human-Technology Interaction cohort, graduating in 2028, and continuing at Edwards as a contractor after my internship.
Outside work: USC Club Baseball, surfing, hiking, and Overwatch.
